SWACHID Study Group

SWACHID will inaugurate the Swachid Study Group, an initiative to facilitate enhanced learning among children from classes IV to VIII with academic difficulties on Saturday June 7 at 10.30am at New No 4, Old No 39, II Cross Street, East Shenoy Nagar, Chennai 600 030.

Objectives:
• To facilitate enhanced learning among children with academic difficulties but not with special needs (for classes I V to VIII)

Methodology:
• Through student – facilitator – parent meetings 2 to 3 times a week
• Student – facilitator interaction with learning tools
• Parent Counseling
• Student Counseling on Study methods
• Clarifying specific doubts in lessons and concepts

Unique features:
• Will not be exam oriented though facilitating better understanding of syllabus
• Is not a tuition centre
• Informal atmosphere with access to general reading and learning aids
